Organizational Types – pros and cons of business structures

This workshop provides an overview of business organizational types and is designed to help participants to understand how selecting the correct organizational type can benefit their business.

Showing you have skin in the game

Entrepreneurial passion plays an important role in venture success and therefore, in investors’ funding decisions. In this workshop, you will learn specific presentation skills and rhetorical strategies for showing investors you have “skin in the game.” These strategies include statements of passion, personal engagement with the investor, vocal variety, and confident body language. You will craft an elevator pitch and receive personalized feedback on your presentation skills.

Executive Presence

In its simplest terms, executive presence is about your ability to inspire confidence — inspiring confidence in your subordinates that you’re the leader they want to follow, inspiring confidence among peers that you’re capable and reliable and, most importantly, inspiring confidence among senior leaders that you have the potential for great achievements. In this workshop, you will engage in vision setting to better understand your “WHY,” learn how to bring your authentic self to all interactions, develop skills for building relationships that will grow your network, and learn strategies to demonstrate your own confidence through verbal and nonverbal skills.
