The mission of Bull City Durham Collaborative (formerly known as the Durham Compact) is to identify and secure strategic alliances, or partners, willing to leverage their resources to support Built2Last initiatives.
Strategic Priorities
In advancing its mission, the Bull City Durham Collaborative will advance its strategic priorities by:
- Impacting through Collaboration;
- Building Community Economic Prosperity and Strength;
- Extending Our Community Reach and;
- Securing Adequate Resources.

As we strive for impact in advancing our mission, we face profound challenges and opportunities in our community. These demand dynamic responses known as drivers of foundational change. These drivers are partnering for impact and shaping our culture.

Our Overall Mission
Built2Last works to create a more inclusive entrepreneurial and business ecosystem in Durham, with an emphasis on women and underrepresented minorities, and assist individuals in marginalized communities to gain the skills and experience needed to fully participate in economic prosperity.
