Tanisa Ann Little graduated from Spelman College with a B.A. in Economics in 2002.  Upon graduation, she began working at Duke University and currently serves as the Manager of Budgets and Cost Allocations, a division of Duke Finance.  Through her various roles at Duke, she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from top senior leadership in the fields of financial reporting and higher education management.  She was accepted as one of the youngest members to the Duke Fuqua School of Business Cross-Continent Executive MBA Program, where she earned the degree in 2008.

A native of Durham, NC, she is an active member of the historic White Rock Baptist Church, where she primarily shares her talents with the children’s and communication ministries.  She is also a member of Spelman College National Alumna Association, Duke University Alumni Association, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Magic Express Tennis Club and is currently a CPA candidate with the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountants.  This proud godmother of two amazing kids is a self-professed foodie and enjoys cooking and visiting local restaurants.  Most of her spare time is spent with family and friends and volunteering with local tennis tournaments sponsored by the Durham Parks and Recreation and the Durham-Orange County Tennis Association.
